Our planning fees are derived from three factors:

• The length of your trip (duration, not distance)
• The number of locations that you plan to visit
• The number of travelers
• Additional research required, like booking specialized activities, restaurant recommendations, etc.

After our initial free consultation, you will be provided with a detailed contract spelling out all fees and responsibilities before we begin work.

Not at all! If you want us to do it all (transportation, accommodations, transfers, reservations and bookings) we will. Alternatively we can:

• Add a pleasure trip to the end of your business trip.
• Create a customized stay beyond the end of a tour.
• Provide assistance in researching locations

We can help at whatever level you require, because we work first and foremost for you.

Our clientele tend to be busy individuals, families and groups who prefer to travel off the beaten path, and want to make the most of their valuable vaction time.
